All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thedetour.online with your order number and photos. We’ll assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
